MEDITATION & COMMUNITY SUPPORT

This is a uniquely challenging time to be pregnant or newly postpartum. Take a moment to pause, center, and connect to baby and other new/expecting parents through breathwork, guided meditation, imagery & visualization. We will have time for a community check-in and at least two guided exercises.

The groups have been a highlight of my week: they make me feel less isolated in this uncertain time, and it brings me joy to see and hear other pregnant women talk about their experiences. Plus, the meditations have been incredibly grounding and made me feel connected to myself and my baby in this disconnected, strange period.
